Has foundational technical knowledge with curiosity in cloud technologies including AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning, DevOps, Security, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure.
Demonstrates effective customer management and communication skills suitable for technical support roles.
Works well with guidance on problem solving and time management to meet goals within a team-based delivery environment.
