4+ years experience in AWS support, application support, Terraform, or similar cross-stack roles.
Hands-on knowledge of AWS services including IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, and compute/container services like EC2, Lambda, ECS, or EKS.
Experience with Terraform modules, state management, and executing changes within change control processes.
Work Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad, India (Remote).
Experienced in cross-functional troubleshooting spanning UI, API, infrastructure, and observability tooling without relying on specialists for first-line investigation.
Comfortable working with incomplete information and ambiguity, able to push investigations forward through critical thinking and evidence-based approaches.
Able to independently manage Terraform updates safely, debug React/JavaScript issues, and produce usable support documentation to reduce recurring problems.
