Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through production launch across multiple cross-functional teams.
Coordinate activities including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and contract manufacturers to meet project milestones, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, KPI reporting, manufacturing readiness, and executive communications for NPI, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), and Sustaining Engineering initiatives.
