Lead and manage delivery and run support teams for RPA, Gen AI-augmented automation, and Agentic AI solutions within JBS.
Be the technical lead for Automation Anywhere platform including classic RPA (A360 Control Room, bot development) and Agentic Process Automation (APA) such as AI Agent Studio and Automator AI.
Own and develop the framework and governance for delivering and maintaining automation solutions, including SDLC integration and performance monitoring with measurable client benefits.
At least 8+ years of professional experience including RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and programming RPA & APA platforms.

Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Gurugram, Haryana, or Hyderabad, Telangana.
Experienced in managing and leading multiple automation and AI project teams across large-scale, complex transformational change programs in global or large enterprises.
Strong technical expertise with deep hands-on skills in RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI architectures, platform governance, prompt engineering, and automation lifecycle management.
Demonstrates a strong commercial mindset with excellent program/project management, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to ensure benefit realisation.
