Contribute to implementing and modernizing Core Banking, Payments, and Cash infrastructure within the PCC program, including Agile methodology adoption and application testing.
Analyze, document, and improve payment and cash custody workflows, work with global teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, and manage Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT).
Perform regression testing, defect tracking, data analysis, and collaborate with automation and development teams to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in payments, cash custody, or financial services.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies, and tools such as MS Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant business analysis roles.
Experienced in payment platforms, cash custody systems, and financial regulatory frameworks with strong analytical and project management skills.
Able to manage complex workflows and multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates ownership of tasks, proficiency in testing processes, defect management, and collaboration with global teams in financial services domain.
