Lead and manage a team of Identity and Access Management (IAM) professionals across operations, engineering, and governance functions.
Oversee IAM business-as-usual operations including provisioning, access reviews, enforcement of least-privilege principles, and Privileged Access Management programs.
Manage IAM regulatory compliance efforts including audits, examinations, and maintaining audit-ready documentation while providing status reporting to senior leadership.
5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with demonstrated leadership in large, complex enterprises.
Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and frameworks including LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust or equivalent).
Experience managing regulatory examinations, MRAs, and audit cycles in regulated environments (SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001).
Preferred experience with Cloud Service Providers, especially Azure and Azure Identity.
Experienced leader with a track record of developing and managing high-performing IAM teams in large financial services or highly regulated settings.
Strategic thinker capable of setting IAM direction, collaborating cross-functionally, and aligning IAM with broader cybersecurity and enterprise strategies.
Proficient communicator able to present complex IAM concepts to senior and executive stakeholders and drive cross-organizational decisions.
