Own end-to-end development of high-complexity or strategic AI product features within Strike Teams, including REST APIs, frontend integration, and AI component integration.
Make technical implementation decisions, contribute to design reviews, and maintain code quality, testing, and observability standards for assigned features.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with AI engineers and architects to ensure reliable AI feature integration using LLM APIs and AI coding tools like Claude Code.
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack production development focus.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, or TypeScript) and experience with REST API design, database modeling (SQL and NoSQL), and event-driven patterns.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Working knowledge of frontend frameworks (React or equivalent) and understanding of LLM API integration and AI feature implementation.
Experienced in shipping enterprise-grade software features end-to-end with strong CI/CD, testing, and observability practices.
Comfortable operating within a structured platform environment using shared blueprints and collaborating across roles and teams in AI productionization.
Prior experience with AI productization, cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), and preferably with regulated industries or multi-tenant SaaS environments.
