Provide remote post-sales technical support and consultation for Cadence Custom IC domain products including Front End, Back End, Design Porting, Tool Setup, and Customization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, collaborate with R&D for bug fixes, and contribute to knowledge base creation to enhance customer self-help resources.

2-5 years of relevant work experience in technical support or related engineering role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Embedded System Engineering or equivalent (BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech).
Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso tools (Schematic Editor, Analog Design Environment, Layout Suite, Design Framework) and related technologies (SKILL, OpenAccess, Spice simulators).
Proven technical troubleshooting and customer support problem-solving experience in EDA tools.
Experienced in providing in-depth technical support for Custom IC/EDA design tools involving both front-end and back-end design flows.
Skilled in debugging complex issues and effectively communicating solutions to customers and internal teams.
Capable of working across geographies and functional teams to enhance customer experience and product quality through timely feedback and collaboration.
