Lead design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using PHP and Symfony, owning features end-to-end from design through production release.

Comfortable collaborating in Agile teams with ownership over technical decisions and delivery.
Able to mentor others, lead code quality initiatives, and handle operational responsibilities including on-call rotations.
