Experienced in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies.
Able to operate within a DevOps product team with a focus on secure, scalable, and optimized solutions.
Familiar with AI technologies and their application on the ServiceNow platform, with knowledge of NowAssist and emerging AI tools.
