Own governance, planning, monitoring, cost control, and execution of EHV/HV transmission EPC projects (UG Cables & Substations).
Manage cross-functional coordination among Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Contracts, and stakeholders for timely and compliant project delivery.
Lead PMO reporting, reviews, audits, risk management, contract and procurement oversight, and drive digital/process excellence including PM tools and ERP adoption.
3-7 years experience in EPC / Infrastructure projects with minimum 5+ years in PMO or program management roles.
Strong experience specifically in EHV/HV transmission projects (132kV, 220kV, 400kV).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil preferred).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing large-scale EPC projects within the power transmission sector, particularly in high voltage environments.
Able to operate effectively across multiple functions including engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and contracts.
Comfortable using project management tools, ERP systems, and driving process improvements for project controls and governance.
