Experience working with ITIL processes integrated into site reliability and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Ability to bridge development and production support teams and contribute to operational automation and monitoring enhancements.
