Strong communication skills are mandatory.
Comfortable working within defined procedures under supervision with limited external interaction.
Demonstrates strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning relevant to data handling and reporting.
Capable of developing and automating reports/dashboards with skills in SAS, SQL, and optionally Excel/VBA.
