Hands-on expert in ServiceNow ITOM implementations with strong technical ownership of CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects and integrations in agile/hybrid settings.
Strategic adopter of AI to automate and optimize ServiceNow platform features, with experience or interest in AIOps and observability tools.
