Coordinate and act as point of contact for PCC program activities focusing on India value streams and liaise with India leadership on status and milestones.
Lead cross-stream strategies to drive consistency and automation in project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and operational readiness.
Support execution and evolution of the PCC custody platform modernization program impacting payments, cash, and custody technology platforms.
6-8 years experience in financial services, preferably in transformation projects involving project management and business analysis.
Strong business analysis experience in banking, payments, custody, cash management, or financial services platforms.
Knowledge or experience with payments processing, DDA platforms, ISO 20022, SWIFT, or transaction banking concepts is highly desirable.
Flexible to work shifts as per project requirements.
Experienced in large regulated environment transformation or migration programs, demonstrating ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder global initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile/hybrid delivery models and BA/testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Clarity or similar.
Ability to influence and execute across technology, operations, and product teams with strong analytical, managerial, and communication skills.
