Coordinate and lead execution of PCC program activities in India, serving as key communication point with India leadership on status and milestones.
Drive consistency and automation across project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and operational readiness within the PCC program.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and effective platform conversions, supporting the modernization of custody technology platforms over a 3-5 year deployment period.
6-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably involving transformation projects in payments, custody operations, or back-office operations.
Experience with project management, business analysis, and use of custody tools/applications such as Hogan, IBS, VMW, IIP, ECFM, GTM is advantageous.
Understanding of payments processing, DDA platforms, ISO 20022, SWIFT, or transaction banking concepts is highly desirable.
Flexible to work shifts as per project requirements.
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder global programs involving technology, operations, and product teams.
Proven track record in leading or coordinating large-scale technology transformation initiatives in custody or payment processing environments.
Strong analytical mindset focused on traceability, quality, risk reduction, and operational resilience within financial services programs.
