Coordinate and manage execution of Payments, Cash, and Custody (PCC) program activities with focus on India value streams and local impact.
Serve as point of contact for India leadership, communicating PCC status and key milestones consistently across streams.
Drive standardized processes and automation across project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and operational readiness for PCC program.
6-8 years of experience in financial services, including project management, business analysis, or back-office operations.
Experience or familiarity with custody and payments platforms such as Hogan, IBS, VMW, IIP, ECFM, GTM is preferred.
Knowledge of payments processing, DDA platforms, ISO 20022, SWIFT, or transaction banking concepts is highly desirable.
Ability to work flexible shifts as per project requirements.
Experienced in complex, multi-stakeholder global transformation programs within custody or payments domain.
Skilled at cross-functional coordination between technology, operations, and product teams with focus on execution and operational readiness.
Strong analytical focus on business outcomes, quality, risk reduction, and operational resilience in program delivery.
