Coordinate and manage local execution of Global Delivery PCC Program activities across India value streams.
Serve as point of contact for India leadership on PCC status and key milestones, driving alignment and communication.
Lead efforts across value streams to standardize and automate project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and operational readiness activities.
6-8 years of experience in financial services, operations, or technology delivery with project management/PMO experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience or exposure to payments, custody, reconciliation, or large transformation programs.
Flexible to work shifts per project requirements.
Experienced in managing complex, global, cross-functional projects with competing priorities in financial services.
Strong project management skills including planning, execution, risk identification, mitigation, and reporting.
Ability to engage with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Product, and Senior Leadership to drive alignment without direct authority.
