Experience in a matrixed global organization with proven skills in KPI governance and analytics.
Experience working with digital transformation, business systems, or digital solution deployments, including defining business requirements and collaborating with technology teams.
Experienced in driving operational performance in global or multi-site manufacturing/operations environments, preferably familiar with Lean or Performance Management frameworks.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology to deliver scalable digital solutions for performance management.
Capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships across global leadership, regional owners, and technology partners to ensure governance and continuous improvement.
