Deep expertise in AIOps platforms/tools (Prometheus, Splunk, AppDynamics, BigPanda, OpenTelemetry).
Strong experience with AI/ML for IT operations, automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform), and SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets).
Experienced in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, microservices), data streaming (Kafka), Generative AI/LLM-assisted operations, and designing observability and automation platforms at scale.
