Experienced in managing end-to-end data engineering projects focused on sales compensation and performance management data systems.
Demonstrates ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions and has a track record of operational excellence including troubleshooting and post-deployment validation.
Capable of providing technical leadership and mentoring within a cross-functional environment involving sales administration, compensation design, and platform development.
