Own functional expertise and support for the AMOS Maintenance Information System across CAMO, MRO, and Component Support business lines.
Manage defect resolution, user support, and coordinate test campaigns including non-regression testing for AMOS evolutions.
Document functional specifications, organize workshops, and propose functional solutions aligning with airline maintenance and supply chain processes.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in aircraft maintenance or MRO domain.
Graduate degree in IT, Engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance (AME Diploma) related fields.
Working knowledge of at least one Aviation MIS (e.g., AMOS, RAMCO, AMASIS).
Business level English proficiency.
Experience with airline supply chain modules such as procurement, inventory management, and material planning is advantageous.
Familiarity with functional-technical support and maintenance activities specific to airline/MRO operations.
Capable of collaborating across international teams including Europe and India, with some travel (1-2 months per year) expected.
