Own administration and governance of the BI landscape (PowerBI, Cognos) on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake), ensuring data reliability, availability, and trust.
Architect, design and support modern BI platform solutions including data engineering, data preparation frameworks, and analytics products supporting self-service analytics and advanced analytics lifecycles on Snowflake data warehouse.
Engage in strategy, design, admin, and communications activities including creating policies, managing BI environments, supporting teams, and driving data performance improvements.
At least 5 years total experience in BI platform support, administration, and BI application development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience with PowerBI, Cognos, Snowflake DW, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and cloud-based BI environments.
Agile project management working experience is mandatory; Microsoft Azure and PowerBI certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced BI professional with strong expertise in cloud data warehousing technologies (Snowflake on Azure/AWS) and BI tool ecosystems including PowerBI and Cognos.
Proven ability to manage complex BI environments collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead small teams (up to 5 indirect reports).
Demonstrated skills in architecting and implementing scalable, reliable BI architectures and automating BI frameworks using continuous integration and code repositories.
