Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through production launch, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to achieve project milestones and manufacturing readiness.
Drive KPI reporting, governance, risk mitigation, budget/CAPEX tracking, and executive communication for NPI, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), and Sustaining Engineering initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline mandatory.
8–10 years of NPI/manufacturing project management experience required.
Experience with PLM/ERP systems (Windchill and SAP preferred) mandatory.
Strong knowledge of DFM, APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, quality systems, and budget/CAPEX management required.
Experienced managing complex, multi-disciplinary manufacturing and product launch projects with demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and executive reporting.
Familiarity with manufacturing readiness processes, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance essential.
Technical competence including automation/Industry 4.0, vendor/contract manufacturer management, PMP certification, and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt considered strong advantages.
