Experience working with automation, RPA, AI-driven transformations and supporting Observe-to-Agent (O2A) or agent-led automation initiatives.
Strong expertise in process intelligence and operational analytics within large, complex enterprise environments.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, analyze complex process data, and produce executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global or distributed teams and supporting automation, AI, or digital transformation projects.
