Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the APAC Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) program across multiple countries, including coordinating stakeholders and managing risks and dependencies.
Maintain integrated program plans, progress tracking, risk escalation, governance meetings, and accurate reporting for all workstreams.
Coordinate with country teams, APAC functions, external advisors, and Group stakeholders to support transition activities like business transfers, integrations, and liquidations.
8–15 years of experience in project/program management, transformation, M&A integration, corporate restructuring, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field.
PMP project management certification required; ITIL certification is beneficial.
Experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional and senior stakeholder engagement.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-country, cross-functional programs with strong stakeholder coordination and governance handling.
Able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, driving execution without direct authority across diverse teams and senior executives.
Domain knowledge or experience in legal entity rationalization, post-merger integration, corporate governance, finance, legal, or consulting is advantageous.
