Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst within a technology services environment, with experience in business requirement gathering, use case definition, and process mapping.
Membership in IIBA and relevant technology certifications such as ITIL are mandatory; Project management certification preferred.
