Full ownership of execution and delivery for a defined component, subsystem, or software workstream within a Fluence product or program, ensuring timing, quality, and readiness before integration.
Develop and manage detailed program plans including schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Software teams to ensure alignment on technical deliverables, procurement readiness, build validation, and integration into production.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field required.
3–7 years of experience in Program or Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or managing technical deliverables or workstreams.
Experience with component-level or subsystem-level planning, procurement, supplier coordination, and production readiness preferred.
Work Experience Required: 3–7 years; Certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean) are a plus but not required.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution independently within hardware and/or software development environments including complex dependencies.
Experience working with global engineering organizations or multinational product development teams, comfortable managing across time zones.
Strong skills in schedule and risk management, communication, and coordinating software development workstreams within Agile frameworks aligned to overall program milestones.
