Design, implement, and support Workday Accounting Center transformations, accounting rules, and financial processing logic to ensure accurate ledger postings and compliance.
Build and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and financial reporting solutions to enable improved financial visibility and operational insights.

Must be flexible to work during US time-zone overlap hours (preferably 5PM to 2PM IST).
Experienced in end-to-end design and support of Workday financial accounting and analytics modules with deep accounting principles knowledge.
Comfortable working collaboratively with global and US-based finance, accounting, and IT teams in a global delivery model.
Proven ability to manage complex data pipelines, troubleshoot integration and reconciliation issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives in enterprise environments.
