About This Role

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure software solutions with end-to-end ownership of strategic program delivery and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business objectives into technical solutions, managing delivery health, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Provide architectural guidance, enforce engineering standards, drive automation, cloud adoption, and innovation using AI/GenAI and DevOps practices to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years leading engineering teams in customer-facing environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, REST APIs, Angular/React, AWS/Azure, Microservices, CI/CD, Docker, Oracle/MySQL/NoSQL databases, GitHub/Azure DevOps/Jenkins, SQL, Unix/Linux, and distributed systems.

Experience managing multiple engineering teams and delivering complex enterprise-scale software programs using Agile methodologies.
