5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Product Management, Data Governance, or related roles.
Strong SQL skills with experience in complex data analysis and reconciliation involving financial transactional and position data.
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with data quality, lineage, governance, and metadata management concepts.
Experienced in financial services data domains including transaction, position, holdings, balance, and operational financial data, preferably with knowledge of Books and Records platforms like TBAR or BETA.
Capable of bridging business and technical teams by translating complex business needs into actionable data product requirements and governance.
Operates effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams involving Operations, Finance, Trading, Compliance, Architecture, and Technology stakeholders, delivering measurable improvements in data quality and enterprise adoption.
