Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex customer issues involving hardware and software, including replication of customer environments in lab.
Serve as customer advocate ensuring timely issue resolution, partnering internally with engineering and services teams, providing technical guidance during testing, deployment, and operations phases.

Onsite role based in HPE office; weekend pager and rostered coverage required.
Experienced in advanced datacenter networking technologies such as MC-LAG, VxLAN, EVPN, MACSEC, and network automation scripting (Perl/Python/Unix/Expect).
Demonstrates deep platform expertise with Juniper and Aruba switching and WLAN technologies and familiarity with Cisco, Arista, Alcatel, and traffic generators like Ixia.
Holds or is pursuing relevant certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, ACA, ACP, ACSX, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, indicating expert-level networking knowledge.
