Monitor and maintain network, infrastructure, and application system health in a 24x7 environment, ensuring availability and adherence to SLAs.
Act as first line of defense for incident detection, initial troubleshooting, Level 1 support, and service desk activities including logging and managing tickets.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to reduce false positives, support maintenance activities, and improve service quality.
6–12 months of experience in NOC, IT operations, or infrastructure support environments.
Basic hands-on exposure to monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or Pingdom.
Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SSH, SFTP, HTTP) and basic data center technologies (Windows, Linux, Cisco, VMware, Oracle, Public Cloud, HCI).
Work Experience Required: 6-12 months relevant experience.
Experience handling Level 1 incident triage, troubleshooting and escalating within ITSM/ticketing systems and SLA frameworks.
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, ticket management, and network troubleshooting including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP.
Able to operate effectively in a 24x7 operational environment with flexible hours and take ownership of timely incident management and resolution.
