Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call/emergency support; fluent written and oral English required.
Experienced in banking domain software development or similar regulated financial systems preferred.
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic team environments handling both individual and collaborative development responsibilities.
Proficient in full-stack Python development with solid understanding of design patterns, front-end frameworks, and production system support.
