Design, build, and scale enterprise observability platforms incorporating monitoring, logging, tracing, and automation across cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
Develop observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, and Python; define monitoring standards, dashboards, alerting strategies, and SLI/SLOs.
Lead technical design discussions, troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and mentor engineers to improve platform reliability and developer productivity.

Demonstrates leadership in driving observability best practices and cross-team collaboration including Platform, SRE, DevOps, and Software Engineering teams.
Experience automating platform tooling and improving operational excellence in large, complex distributed systems environments.
