Manage acquisition, validation, and maintenance of operational and financial data for LaSalle’s global investment management platform.
Conduct data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, manage data uploads, and support data warehousing projects including business rules implementation and system testing.
Identify and implement process improvements quarterly to optimize data quality and reduce manual handling; collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams on data load and UAT initiatives.
At least 2 years of experience in Operational/IT/Finance Data Management function.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Proficiency with YARDI, Microsoft Office (including Excel); preferred knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (Python, .NET, Java, VBA).
Experience in Investment Banking, Finance, Insurance, Services, or Real Estate industry preferred.
Experienced in handling complex financial and operational data validation and cleansing in a global investment management context.
Proactive about leveraging technology and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SSMS, SQL) to support reporting and process optimization.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to improve data workflows and delivery processes.
