Lead and oversee all QA/QC activities for data center construction ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute), building codes, and client requirements.
Develop and implement QA/QC plans, inspection protocols, and testing procedures; manage QA/QC teams and third-party agencies across all construction phases including MEP, fire protection, and commissioning.
Conduct site audits of critical data center components, verify Tier classification and uptime standards, resolve quality issues with contractors/consultants, and drive continuous quality improvement and reporting.
Extensive experience in data center construction quality management with strong knowledge of mission-critical facility standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute).
Professional certifications such as CQM, CCP, or PMP required.
Experience managing complex technical projects and leading QA/QC teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Strong expertise in MEP systems integration and compliance within data center environments.
