Lead end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable identity services across workforce and non-human identities.
Own IAM service delivery including automation, self-service capabilities, audit and compliance execution, and operational stability of IAM platforms.
Manage teams both onshore and offshore, engage with stakeholders across HR, IT Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, and lead continuous improvement to reduce incidents and improve service delivery.
8-12 years of total experience with at least 5 years in team leadership and IAM service delivery.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management at enterprise scale, including IAM lifecycle management and ITSM processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience managing large-scale IAM operations with strong audit and compliance exposure (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI).
Experienced technical leader with proven ability to manage IAM platform operations and deliver automation-driven service improvements at scale.
Strong experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in complex regulated environments, especially financial services or similar sectors.
Skilled in operational risk management, root cause analysis, and driving continuous platform improvements with an emphasis on security, compliance, and user experience.
