Lead and own end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable identity services across workforce and non-human identities.
Manage IAM service delivery including automation, self-service capabilities, and operational stability of IAM platforms and integrations.
Drive audit and compliance execution for access controls, operational risk management, continuous improvement, and strong partnership across Security, HR, Infrastructure, and application teams.
8-12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations with at least 5 years in team leadership and service delivery.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (Bachelor Degree required).
Experience managing IAM services at enterprise scale with large user populations and multi-region environments.
Experience with operational management (ITSM processes), audit/compliance for access controls, and vendor/managed service management.
