Lead end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations to deliver secure and scalable identity services including platform operations, incident and change management, and audit compliance.
Manage IAM service delivery, automation, self-service capabilities, and reduce manual tasks while ensuring integration and operational stability across multiple technologies and teams.

Strong operational rigor with ability to drive automation, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes in IAM service delivery.
Skilled in communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, balancing security, reliability, and user experience in high-scale environments.
