Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation and PMO for large capital projects in metals & mining, including planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization.
Drive adoption of digital/AI technologies such as 5D BIM, advanced scheduling & risk analytics, drone/LiDAR progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing, digital twins, and GenAI assistants for controls and reporting to improve time, cost, quality, and safety outcomes.
Own procurement management, risk & safety management, quality compliance (OISD/PNGRB/PESO/CEIG), stakeholder leadership, and delivery for multi-billion dollar programs, while managing multi-disciplinary teams and benefits realization tied to KPIs.
6–8 years of relevant construction, metals/mining, and PMO consulting experience across capex projects.
Mandatory PMP® certification.
Education: Preferred M.Tech (NICMAR) in Construction/Project Management; alternatively BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA and strong project/PMO experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience in at least 3 of: Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro), Drone/LiDAR workflows, EVM, IoT/SCADA/TAS integrations, GenAI copilots.
Experienced leader able to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships in complex capital projects within metals & mining.
Strong in digital transformation and AI solutioning applied to construction project management with a strategic governance mindset.
Proven commercial acumen including contracts, claims, regulatory compliance, and executive-level stakeholder management in PMO consulting contexts.
