Provide direct support to Qualcomm IVI and ADAS automotive customers by troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution involving Linux kernel, device drivers, QNX, and hypervisor platforms.
Manage software delivery lifecycle including identifying, verifying, and delivering fixes for software failures, and coordinating with internal technology teams and customers for failure reports and feature requirements.
Engage in customer issue triaging and debugging on Android, Auto-grade Linux, QNX stacks, document issues and requirements, and support launch gating efforts to ensure product readiness.

Proven expertise in automotive embedded software, specifically Linux kernel and QNX device driver development with system-level troubleshooting.
Experience supporting IVI or ADAS automotive platforms, capable of handling complex customer interactions and managing software delivery under schedules.
Comfortable working across multiple OS stacks (Android, QNX, Linux), with strong debugging skills using tools like gdb, JTAG, memory and coredump analysis.
