Lead and manage SAP Basis team ensuring stability, performance, security, and availability of SAP S/4HANA and EWM systems on Azure SAP HEC environment.
Own and execute SAP system installation, upgrades, patching, kernel updates, and landscape architecture aligned with organizational and SAP standards.
Drive incident, problem, change management, security compliance (including SOX), monitoring enhancements, and act as primary escalation point for SAP technical issues.
11-13 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience supporting SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA environments.
Experience with SAP transports, change management, release governance, SAP security, certificates, audit controls, and troubleshooting at application, OS, integration layers.
Experience working in regulated or SOX-controlled environments is mandatory.
Education: Any bachelor’s degree. Work Hours required: 2.30PM IST to 11.30PM IST.
Experienced leader able to manage and mentor SAP Basis teams in enterprise-scale SAP landscapes, especially with SAP S/4HANA on cloud platforms like SAP HEC/Azure.
Familiarity with SAP cloud technologies including SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and managed SAP environments (HEC/RISE/ECS).
Focused on operational excellence, compliance (SOX), and alignment with Agile or Jira-based delivery models in complex healthcare/pharmacy or large enterprise settings.
