Responsible for tuning and optimizing sound quality of audio/voice for multiple products including earbuds, phones, PCs, XR, and vehicles.
Validate audio signal processing and machine learning solutions, conduct acoustic analysis and design validation through measurement and simulation.
Develop acoustic models using FEA, BEM, COMSOL and collaborate with cross-functional teams for acoustic design integration and product development.
Master's degree in Engineering, Acoustics, Physics, Electronics, Electrical or related field plus 3+ years experience OR PhD in relevant field.
Strong foundation in signal processing, acoustic theory, and electroacoustic principles.
Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB; experience in audio signal modeling, algorithm development, system tuning/calibration.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years relevant experience for Master's degree holders; 2+ years for Bachelor's with related experience; 1+ year for Master's with related experience; PhD holders included as well.
Experienced with acoustic simulation tools such as FEA, BEM, COMSOL and statistical analysis (e.g., using R).
Skilled in applying machine learning for audio applications and familiar with electroacoustic standards (3GPP, ETSI, ITU-T, CTIA).
Able to design and conduct audio listening experiments, and manage electroacoustic laboratories while delivering actionable sound quality improvements.
