Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain desktop and cloud-based integration software solutions, including Petrel plugins using Ocean SDK.
Collaborate with geoscientists and engineers to translate subsurface workflows into software that reduces uncertainty and speeds interpretation and modeling cycles.
Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and integrate AI/ML models to support seismic interpretation, geologic modeling, and reservoir characterization.

At least 7 years of professional software development experience, preferably in oil and gas with subsurface geology/geophysics domain knowledge.
Proficiency in OOP with C++, C#, Python, .Net Framework; experience with Azure, DevOps, Petrel plugin development (Ocean SDK), AI/ML, HPC, Docker, Kubernetes.
Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, cybersecurity protocols (including OAuth). Visa sponsorship not available; must have valid work authorization.
Experienced in subsurface software solutions development with strong domain knowledge in geology/geophysics and oil & gas industry workflows.
Skilled at collaborating closely with geoscientists and engineers to translate domain needs into robust, scalable software products with cloud deployment and CI/CD.
Demonstrates ability to lead technical mentoring, support Agile development processes, and integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML into enterprise energy solutions.
