Experienced in managing multiple small to medium or a single complex hardware development programs independently with moderate impact decisions.
Comfortable working in matrixed organizations, interacting with senior leadership and using program management tools like dashboards and Gantt charts.
Hands-on experience in hardware design, verification, or implementation (synthesis, physical design) to understand technical aspects of hardware program management.
