Strong employer brand plus metro location but niche analog+ML skillset limits applicant pool.
Role requires specialized analog silicon validation experience, making skills poorly transferable across industries.
Explicit 7+ years semiconductor validation requirement and mandatory hands-on lab/debug skills make filtering strict.

Develop and execute validation plans for analog and mixed-signal IPs in MCU and MPU silicon products, including electrical characterization across voltage, temperature, process, and frequency corners.
Identify, debug, and root-cause silicon issues by correlating silicon measurements against design and simulation and working closely with design teams.
Develop and apply AI/ML solutions for anomaly detection, failure clustering, root-cause prediction, and trend analysis to optimize validation coverage and accelerate silicon debug.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in semiconductor validation (analog), product engineering, or silicon debug.
Strong hands-on experience with MCU architectures, embedded systems, and lab bring-up/silicon debug tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in analog semiconductor validation or related roles.
Experienced in validation of analog and mixed-signal silicon IPs within MCU/MPU product contexts, capable of end-to-end validation and debug.
Skilled in leveraging AI/ML techniques to enhance silicon validation, failure analysis, and predictive analytics.
Comfortable collaborating closely with design teams to resolve silicon issues and improve product quality and performance.
