Own and lead end-to-end Business Release management for Materials & Processes (M&P) tools, including planning, coordination, deployment, and post-deployment support across in-service and future aircraft programmes.
Manage technical query resolution, compliance deviations, and supplier support related to M&P specifications using Airbus platforms like MAPIS, ServiceNow, and TechRequest.
Develop and execute business testing strategies, risk mitigation plans, stakeholder coordination, and ensure data compliance (EE/Export Control/GDPR/IP) for M&P applications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Metallurgy engineering, or related field (B.E / M.E / M.Tech).
Preferably 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in M&P domain or related aerospace engineering functions.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Airbus engineering toolsets such as MAPIS, Normmaster, ServiceNow, APID Tool, TechRequest, etc.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management (Waterfall/Agile/DevOps) methods.
Experienced in managing large, complex business releases involving multiple stakeholders and suppliers, capable of synchronizing release plans and deployment strategies across units.
Technically adept with deep understanding of M&P processes including incident management, process deviations, and technical request handling within aerospace manufacturing.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment with strong stakeholder management and strategic planning ability.
