Own and lead the strategy, governance, data quality, stewardship, lifecycle management, and adoption of TBAR (Transactions, Positions, Balances, Tax Lots, Books and Records) data products supporting multiple financial business areas.
Serve as primary accountability point for aligning stakeholders across Operations, Trading, Finance, Compliance, Architecture, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure trusted, scalable data products delivered via APIs and enterprise platforms.
Leverage AI and automation to enhance data product operations, reconciliation processes, controls, and overall governance efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field.
8–12+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, Custody, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
Experience in Data Product Ownership, Data Governance, Enterprise Data Management, Product Management, or Operations leadership roles.
Strong expertise in transaction processing, positions, balances, holdings, tax lots, accounting data, and books and records concepts with experience on recordkeeping or books and records platforms.
Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, finance, compliance, governance, architecture, and technology teams within financial services or wealth management domain.
Strong understanding of Source of Record (SOR), Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data quality, lineage, metadata, stewardship, and governance practices for enterprise data products.
Proficient in leveraging AI and automation within data management and operational workflows to improve quality and efficiency, with familiarity in APIs, enterprise data platforms, and regulatory reporting environments.
