Own end-to-end business release management for M&P tools supporting in-service and development aircraft programs, including roadmap definition, deployment planning, and go/no-go gate reviews.
Lead technical query and incident resolution on M&P-related requests from internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with Airbus specifications.
Manage business testing, budget, risk, supplier relations, and post-deployment early life support for M&P applications within Agile SAFe environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Metallurgy or related engineering discipline (B.E/M.E/M.Tech).
Preferably 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in M&P functions and tooling support.
Proficiency with Airbus engineering toolsets including MAPIS, Normmaster, ServiceNow, APID Tool, TechRequest (SAP), and E2E Qualification Tool.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices; Product Management qualification preferred.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional release programs within aerospace M&P domain using structured Agile frameworks (SAFe).
Skilled in coordinating multiple stakeholder groups including internal Airbus entities and external suppliers to align release roadmaps and ensure compliance.
Capable of leading business testing strategies and budget management while mitigating risks and driving business benefit realization.
